This video work displaces us to a guided tour during lunch break somewhere at the desert coast line of South America. But where this tour exactly takes place is not important, the work rather focuses on the sensual perception of the depicted surrounding through the pohotographic medium. By means of the moving and still image as well as sound and temporal aspects this video argues aspects of the relation between mankind & nature, tourism & culture, western glance & non-western landscape and the photographic image getting in between.
